House Rules

General Rules:

• No smoking anywhere in the property. $500 minimum fine plus cleaning and repair fees will be assessed
• No gatherings, parties, events of any kind (call for special quote for any use other than photoshoots, film, or videos)
• No overnight stays without prior written approval
• Ages 21+
• Production Insurance is required, call to discuss prior to booking
• Furniture and decorations may not be moved without prior approval
• Property will be staffed by owner’s representative during production
